Musikvideo Igor Strawinsky

Visualising Strawinsky

The music video is a tribute to the composer lgor Stravinsky, whose love of experimentation inspired us. We want to present classical music in a new light and create a unique and abstract interpretation of the music through our visual realization. The Suite No. 2 by lgor Stravinsky consists of four movements in which Stravinsky takes up and ironically alienates conventional formal models in a trenchant and imaginative way. We have also decided to create something visually that takes the audience into a new world. We wanted to emphasize the music through abstract and very exciting visual effects and present the classical instruments in a very unusual way.

In our concept, we decided to present the music through the use of audiovisual instruments, which are initially very abstract and unusual to perceive. But in the course of the video, the whole thing develops into a small orchestra consisting of the instruments used.

The aim of the video is to offer the viewer a new experience of classical music. We want to take the music oflgor Stravinsky to a new level through our creative visualizations and give the viewer a unique interpretation that takes you into a world full of emotion and adventure. The exciting thing about this concept is that it can also work live, bringing an entire orchestra to life audiovisually.

-Simon Binnenmarsch
